2. Are there any exclusions to the discount?

All kits, travel size products (including Hydroxy Overnight Mask & Eye Serum), microneedle patches, Build Your Own Kit and books are excluded.

3. Can I use points or discount codes during the sale?

No, points and other discount codes cannot be applied with this promotion. 

 

4. Can I get a price adjustment if I miss the 30% discount window?

No, the 30% discount is only valid during the allocated time slot per country. After that, the discount will be 20% for 3 hours.

5. Will I be able to return or exchange items purchased during the sale?

Yes, our standard return and exchange policies apply to sale items. Please see our returns page for more information.

6. What if I have issues with my order during the sale?

Our customer service team is here to help! Please contact us if you encounter any issues with your order.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take longer to process. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

8. Does the sale apply to build your own kits?

No, the sale does not apply to Build Your Own Kits.

9. Will I be receiving the new or original bottles in this promotion?

    This is ESK’s Calming Cleanser, this cleansing cream is gentle on the skin and suitable for all skin types especially dry, sensitive or Rosacea skin. Our cleansers are soap free and suitable to the PH level of the skin, which means it will not cause irritation or dry out the skin. It can also be used as a makeup remover on a cotton pad or simply as a full face cleanser.

    This is an image of ESK's Ultimate A Cream which is an anti-aging cream containing ingredients such as Retinal (which is 20x more effective than Retinol) and Niacinamide. This product is highly effective as an anti-aging cream as Retinaldehyde is a stronger form of Retinoid/Vitamin A than Retinol and yet it is gentler on the skin. So with the combination of effective Vitamin A and Vitamin B this will improve your skin texture and tone for supple, soft and smooth skin.

    Zinc Shade is an SPF sun cream rated SPF15+ but it has been tested to SPF23+. This zinc sunscreen protects you from both UVA and UVB. This sunscreen with zinc is a physical SPF instead of a chemical SPF which makes it suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin as physical SPF is less irritating to the skin.

    This is an image of ESK's Enlighten cream which is a product that targets hyperpigmentation. It contains Evidence Based Ingredients such as 4-N-Butylresorcinol and Niacinamide. These ingredients are effective and lightening and reducing pigmentation, yet it is able to be used in the long term unlike Tretinoin. Tretinoin Australia is recommended to only be used in small periods of time as it can be too harsh on the skin. 4 butylresorcinol is gentle and able to be used as long as needed.

This Vitamin C Serum is extremely hydrating as it is an oil based Vitamin C Serum and is suited for Mature Skin. L Ascorbic Acid is the only Evidence Based form of Vitamin C. This serum is best used in the day time as it is an antioxidant. It is hydrating and moisturising and can be used as an L ascorbic acid serum or an l ascorbic acid moisturiser.

    This is the Enlighten cream by ESK Skincare. Evidence Based Skincare with Evidence Based Ingredients such as 4-N-butylresorcinol which is a Tyrosinase Inhibitor. Able to be used on all skin types and skin conditions. This Niacinamide and butylresorcinol cream targets hyperpigmentation and reduces it whilst stopping further production of melanin in the face for an even skin tone and complexion.

    ESK's Ultimate A is a Vitamin A cream suitable for all skin types and skin conditions. It uses Retinal instead of Retinol as it is 11x more effective and yet gentler on the skin. Retinaldehyde is proven to be more effective for anti-aging results than Retinol creams or Retinol Serum. Retinol is a weaker and cheaper form of Vitamin A / Retinoid and that is why it is found more commonly in skincare than Retinal even though Retinal is proven to be better for your skin.
